2. Relationship with YouTube

BiasArchive uses YouTube API Services. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not host, store, or own any video content displayed. All videos are streamed directly from YouTube.

3. Bias Token (BT) & Payments

Virtual Goods: "Bias Token" (BT) is a limited license to use features of our Service. It is not a real currency and has no monetary value outside of our platform.
No Refunds: All purchases of BT are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4. User Generated Content (Subtitles)

You retain ownership of the subtitles you create. However, by submitting them, you grant BiasArchive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (including training our AI models).
